Paradise Home Health Care Sponsors Three Lectures for Boomers & Seniors in Boca Raton

Believing strongly in promoting quality of life for physical, cognitive, and financial “health” we have introduced speakers to discuss: “Needed Legal Documents for Financial Planning”, “Death of a Parent or Loved One” and “5 Things to Know About Digital Assets”. Topics are geared to Boomers and Older Adults, Seniors, Retirees, and Adult Children.

As part of the community comprising many older adults and retirees, such sources of information are very important. The Public Library series offers these types of topics every April. Topics will address Medicaid and the reasons to have a Durable Power of Attorney, Medical Surrogate, and a Living Will – lecturer is David Meyer CFE. A lot of new things are learned when a parent or spouse dies. A lot of paperwork, financial and legal needs tending to and Ms. Gebert, CPA will address these needs. Another topic, not usually addressed is what happens to our digital asset and our “life” online. Attorney Pamela Higer Polani will offer tips in this new area of the law.
