Personalized Home Health Care

As a Home Health Care provider, Paradise Home Health Care introduces exceptional caregivers to assist you or your elder loved ones with both personal care needs and routine household tasks. Customized plans give direct attention to your elder parent and great peace of mind to the family, especially when Boomer children live out of town. Beyond the obvious safety and care needs, we want clients to be engaged in conversation and activities. Caregivers make it a priority to help clients attend social events, exercise, and motivate them to do things they enjoy.

What distinguishes us from other providers:

*We have a Certified Senior Advisor and Certified Montessori Dementia Care Professional for individualized assessments and Care Planning.

*We cut home health care cost by listening to the needs of the client, and help families in figure out what hours would work best for their needs.

*We do not use an answering service off hours; you reach our Administrator, Staffer, or Family Liaison directly in the evening and weekends.

*We verify caregivers’ certifications directly with the certifying school to make sure they are indeed earned and legitimate.

*We speak with previous clients to get references for all caregivers.

*We continually seek qualified caregivers and especially male aides in order to offer male clients a choice.

*We have private duty Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) who perform a wide range of medical skills such as; monitoring your condition, medication management, taking vitals, education and wound care, just to name a few.

*Our services do not end with a care schedule. Our professional relationships within the Elder Services community are available to all clients and family members. Referrals are often made to assist with the many facets of aging adult needs.

As an experienced home health care company, we realize it is difficult to have a new person in your home and there isn’t always a need for many hours. Our services are flexible and fluid as are the needs of most people. When your condition or needs change, we adapt with you. Adult home care can either be short term following a surgery or illness or longer term due to disease. Once home from the hospital or Rehab Center it can take a couple of weeks to see how the client is doing, especially at nighttime. As strength is regained and recovery progresses, the schedule is most likely to decrease until care is no longer needed. When managing a degenerative condition or disease such as Alzheimer’s Dementia, Parkinson Disease, COPD and others, the home health care provider will most likely be involved with the family for a much longer period of time. The schedule will likely increase over time as more help is needed, including Respite time for the primary spousal care partner. As this will lead to an increase in home health care cost, our team, led by a Certified Senior Advisor, will work with you and your family to explore other sources of revenue, such as Veteran’s Benefits, Governmental resources and community services.

As you welcome us into your home, it is important to know that we will be with you every step of the way as your situation requires, or just be on call should the unexpected happen and services are needed.
